- FHA Rehab Loan (203K) This type of loan can be for refinance or purchase and is used when a property needs significant Rehab, but the owner would like to finance it into the property.
- FHA Purchase (203b) If your credit score is above 620, this loan is great for new or existing homeowners to buy a home with little down payment. You may qualify for a $8000 tax credit as a 1st time homebuyer.
- VA Purchase As a veteran of the military you are eligible for a zero down purchase program that has no monthly Mortgage Insurance.
