• Darrell Ingram, Founder                              As a Veteran Darrell knows about service to the public.  He spends his free time fishing with his grandson and watching his granddaughter play softball.  Darrell entered the industry in 1989, working for several large companies before launching Interstate Mortgage Service, Inc.   In his former career he retired as a CPA, selling his practice in Guymon, Oklahoma in the late 1980's.  He then moved to Arizona where he now calls home with his wife Virginia. Darrell is now retired ,but will always be my mentor. Very few people have the option to work with thier dad for so many years, and for that I am grateful.  

• Ryan Ingram,CEO                As current CEO, Ryan is making sure the price and technology are key at Interstate.  He started in the industry with Interstate in 1996 and never looked back.  Ryan is a proud father of 2 children and happily married to Jaime for over 13 years.  His most proud service project was Producing and Directing a documentary based on the homeless.  The project brought funding to the Mesa Can facility that has now housed over 7000 men and helped them find work and plug back into society.   
• William J. Ludwig, Senior VP                      Mr. Ludwig was an excellent addition to the team.  He came with a great background in the industry as an executive of Chase and Ditech.  He started the Chase Consumer Direct division and grew it's funding to over $2 billion per month with his innovative strategies.  He is an excellent resource to make sure that Interstate Mortgage executes well on the secondary market so our clients enjoy the best rates available.  William enjoys golfing with his father and has two sisters that are very close.   Bill was originally from Arkansas and Texas before he moved to Arizona in 1993.
